- Cash Refunds (Digital Games): Receive 70% of the game’s value back to your given bank account (10-12 working days). This includes a 30% processing fee for cashing out your digital assets to your personal account.
The Trade-In System
- Submit Your Trade: Use our trade-in form to submit the game you wish to swap.
- Valuation: Our system calculates your Trade Surplus.
- Get Paid in Credits: Once approved, your trade value is added to your account as a “Trade Surplus” credit.

How to Shop with Store Credits
